Job Summary
Responsible for meeting and exceeding performance measures
and sales targets of the assigned brand; as well as the expansion of products
range within the brand and maintain strong relationships with brand suppliers.
Main Responsibilities:
Strategic/Planning
- Implementing brand marketing strategies and enhancing them
- Working on the expansion of the range of products within the
brand
- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
Technical- Supporting the brand’s activities such as advertising event
organizations and other activities
- Following up on client’s accounts for the clients of the
assigned brand’s distribution products
- Coordinating with suppliers on delivery time and quality
- Liaise with Supply Chain Department regarding order shipping
and arrival date to the clients and warehouse
- Being responsible for providing the overall brand marketing
of the assigned distribution brand and new product development activities
- Acting as the single point of contact for the implementation
of the marketing strategy, advertising and promotion
- Meeting or exceeding performance measures and overall sales
targets of the assigned distribution brand
- Developing and implementing strategy to effectively reach
customers of the brand and expanding the customer base
- Managing the reputation of the brand and creating an image
for it in the market
- Continuously expanding his knowledge of the assigned brand
People Management- Coaching, managing, supporting, and motivating subordinates;
namely merchandisers
- Evaluating and appraising the performance of subordinates;
namely merchandisers
- Being responsible for staffing subordinate positions of
subordinates; namely merchandisers
Interdepartmental- Communicating with the Supply Chain Department to coordinate
the moving of merchandise from and to warehouse, and to clients of the assigned
distribution product’s distribution
- Working closely with the Marketing Department for developing
and managing the marketing budget and activities
External RelationsCommunicating with clients of the distribution products and
maintaining good relations with them, with a focus on selling the existing
distribution products of the assigned brand as well as introducing new ones
within the same brand, in conjunction with Merchandisers
General- Ensuring proper implementation of organizational strategies
and protocols
- Providing performance and status reporting to the Regional
Non-Perfumes Distribution Manager about the performance of the brand and the
subordinate merchandisers
- Undertaking other related duties assigned by the Regional
Non-Perfumes Distribution Manager
Requirements/Skills- A bachelor’s degree
- 8 to 10 years of experience
- Outstanding knowledge of the assigned brand
- Outstanding knowledge of marketing strategies and
methodologies
