Job Description
The Brand and Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy and digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role will oversee all aspects of brand management, digital marketing campaigns, social media, and online presence, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management:
- Develop and implement brand strategies that enhance the company’s image and market presence.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company objectives.
Digital Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain a strong social media presence
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
Content Creation:
- Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content for various digital platforms
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on marketing performance, insights, and recommendations.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor expenses and ROI to ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in brand management and digital marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms).
