Their commitment to excellence is reflected in their partnerships with prestigious multinational brands and are currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead o Dammam branch, ensuring operational success and market growth.


Job Description:


The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving the success of the Dammam branch. This includes managing sales, operations, and client relationships to enhance our market presence and achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


Leadership and Management:


  • Lead and manage the branch, including the sales team, workshop, and warehouse.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet the branch's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure alignment with company's policies and objectives.

2. Sales Management:


  • Direct and oversee the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct regular client visits with sales team members to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Monitor sales forecasts and implement strategies to meet targets.
  • Facilitate sales team training and development for skill enhancement.

3. Operational Oversight:


  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to ensure efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Work with the Workshop Supervisor to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency in the workshop.

4. Client and Relationship Management:


  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage key client accounts and develop long-term relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

5. Financial Management:


  • Oversee branch budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  • Monitor and manage sales collection processes to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding debts.

6. Performance Monitoring:


  • Track branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in sales or branch management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team towards achieving goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and meet sales targets.
  • Bilingual Arabic and English are a must
  • Current Resident of KSA with a transferable Iqama and a strong knowledge and experience in the Saudi market
