Job Description:

As a Booking Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming calls from guests. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients seeking information about available apartments. Your role will involve answering questions, providing details about the booking process, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Besides handling inquiries, you will also send SMS confirmations and guidelines regarding check-in procedures. Daily reporting on bookings and customer interactions is required.


Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding apartment availability.

- Provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and booking procedures.

- Send SMS confirmations and check-in information to guests.

- Maintain daily reports to track bookings and customer interactions.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service.
