Job Responsibilities:
Provide training and support to the Board Secretariat team that includes systems, policies, procedures, and core processes with respect to quality assurance methodology and compliance.
Communicate and collaborate clearly and professionally in all methods of communication (i.e., verbal, written).
Define the project scope parameters, outcomes and ensure project-delivery teams are well versed with them.
Supervise facilitation of development planning and daily stand-up meetings between Board Secretariat teams.
Supervise project release activities, ensuring no delays that impact final delivery.
Present and publish status updates and reports to the Board Secretary and related forums on project development and release.
Evaluating the quality of documentation to ensure that it meets professional and project standards.
Collaborate with the ePMO and project leads internally on project management process, improvements and methodologies (if needed).
Organize tasks and implement policies, processes, procedures, forms and tools.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices considering leading practices.
Escalate problems to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in a timely manner.
Perform any other activities as and when required.
You will need:
Recommended 3-5 years of experience in relevant field
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred
