Job Description
We are looking for an experienced BMS Manager to join our team responsible for managing Building Management Systems (BMS) across our ongoing projects. The BMS Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimization of BMS for social infrastructure projects in alignment with Vision 2030. This position encompasses a range of responsibilities, from overseeing the design and installation of BMS systems to leading a team of technicians and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BMS strategies, policies, and processes to enhance the operational performance of all systems.
- Oversee the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of BMS systems across multiple projects.
- Coordinate and support project teams to ensure timely execution and effective operation of BMS solutions.
- Lead and manage a team of BMS engineers and technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to staff on BMS functionality and operation.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare reports and presentations for project stakeholders regarding project status and system performance.
