Responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes within the organization.

Description
BIM Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement BIM strategies for the organization.Establish BIM standards, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.Work with senior management to align BIM strategies with organizational objectives and client requirements.
Project Coordination and Support:
Lead and manage the BIM implementation for multiple projects from conception through construction.Coordinate BIM models across different disciplines (architecture, structural, MEP, etc.) to ensure integration and compatibility.Ensure the timely setup of BIM models, data exchange protocols, and model management.
Team Leadership and Training:
Provide leadership and guidance to the BIM team, including BIM technicians, coordinators, and other project staff.Conduct training sessions for team members to improve BIM skills and promote best practices.Mentor junior BIM professionals and support their professional growth.
Quality Control and Compliance:
Monitor and enforce BIM standards, ensuring models meet quality, accuracy, and compliance requirements.Conduct regular audits of BIM models to verify data accuracy and alignment with project specifications.Ensure adherence to project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and the appropriate use of BIM technologies.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Act as the main point of contact for BIM-related queries and support throughout the project lifecycle.Facilitate communication between internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and clients regarding BIM processes and deliverables.Resolve any BIM-related conflicts or issues that arise during project execution.
Technology Management and Innovation:
Stay current with the latest advancements in BIM tools, software, and technologies.Evaluate, recommend, and implement new BIM software and tools to improve efficiency and project outcomes.Explore opportunities to integrate emerging technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and AI into the BIM process.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and present regular progress reports on BIM activities, project statuses, and any challenges encountered.Maintain accurate documentation of all BIM-related processes, model revisions, and data exchanges.Ensure that project deliverables are documented and archived in compliance with company standards.
Client Engagement and Business Development:
Support client engagement by demonstrating BIM capabilities and the benefits of BIM integration in project execution.Collaborate with business development teams to identify potential BIM opportunities and promote BIM services to prospective clients.
Profile
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Proven experience (8+ years) in BIM management, project coordination, or a similar role within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.) and other design tools.Strong understanding of BIM standards, including ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2.Knowledge of project management methodologies and construction processes.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple project
