We're looking for passionate, high-spirted individuals to join the pre-opening team at Kimpton Riyadh, the very first Kimpton hotel in the Middle East. About Kimpton Riyadh


Located in King Abdullah Financial District which is set in the heart of the Saudi capital, 22-kilometers away from the airport, Kimpton Riyadh is the first Kimpton in the Middle East bringing the brand’s playful energy, infectious personality, and unique design style to this LEED certified landmark development home to 1.6 million square meters of state-of-the-art office space, world-class venues and iconic luxury residences. The hotel welcome guests to experience its 212 guest rooms and suites and to enjoy its unique dining options.


Day-to-day


  1. Debt Notification: Contacting clients with overdue accounts via phone, email, or mail to inform them of their outstanding debts and the need for payment.
  2. Negotiation: Engaging in negotiations with clients to establish repayment plans that are feasible for both parties. This includes discussing payment terms and schedules.
  3. Payment Processing: Collecting payments from clients using various methods such as checks, debit cards, and credit cards. Ensuring that all payments are processed accurately and promptly.
  4. Account Review: Reviewing client accounts to determine the amount owed and calculating the payment amounts required to settle the debts within a specified period.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of all communications with clients, including phone calls, emails, and payment agreements. Updating client files with notes on the status of their accounts.
  6. Dispute Resolution: Addressing and resolving any disputes or disagreements regarding account balances and payments owed. Working with clients to find solutions to their payment issues.
  7. Reporting: Preparing and submitting regular reports on the status of outstanding debts, collections activities, and payment trends to management.
  8. Compliance: Ensuring that all debt collection activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. Maintaining confidentiality and protecting client information.
  9. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by answering client inquiries, addressing concerns, and assisting with any issues related to their accounts.
  10. Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as Finance and Sales, to ensure accurate billing and effective debt collection processes.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality. It's a crucial position that helps maintain the hotel's financial health and ensures timely payment of outstanding debts.


What we need from you


Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:


• Bachelor’s degree, higher education qualification or equivalent in Hotel Administration / Business Administration 


• Two to Three years’ prior tenure in a similar role


• International luxury hotel chain background


• GCC exposure


• English Fluency is required 


• Arabic Fluency is preferred

This may involve taking on additional responsibilities as needed, especially during periods of high occupancy or in emergency situations.
