This role requires a dynamic professional with expertise in operations and strategic leadership, capable of managing cross-functional teams while optimizing company performance and adhering to business goals.Key responsibilities include:Building and maintaining relationships with U.S. contracting officers and DoD contractors.Conducting competitor analysis and attending industry events and exhibitions.Leading and mentoring employees, fostering accountability, and ensuring workforce development.Developing partnerships, managing budgets, and improving profitability.Overseeing recruitment, organizational structures, and manpower planning.Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Supporting strategic planning and driving company growth through effective execution of operational strategies.Collaborating with the Proposal Team to provide cost structures and negotiate supplier contracts.Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and key data.Analysing vendor options to evaluate supply and pricing strategies.Ensuring quality, service, and operational efficiency standards are met across the organization is part of your role as General Manager, cultivating a culture of excellence.
