The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Bids/Proposals Manager – Water & Environment to lead strategic bidding efforts and secure major water infrastructure projects. This role involves developing high-quality proposals, managing bid processes, and strengthening client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead bid and proposal development for water sector projects, ensuring competitive and high-quality submissions
- Work with technical teams to develop winning strategies tailored to client needs
- Manage proposal timelines, stakeholder coordination, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Improve bid processes to enhance success rates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience in bid/proposal management within the water infrastructure sector
- Strong understanding of client procurement processes and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Project management experience in delivering complex proposals
- Knowledge of international and regional water regulations and industry best practices
