The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

We are looking for a Bid & Tender Coordinator to join us onsite in our Riyad, Saudi Arabia office.You will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and
collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• overseeing all aspects of proposal preparation, ensuring quality, compelling bids are submitted in a timely manner.
• Reviewing all customer requirements to ensure that they are met in the proposal and collaborating with a wide variety of involved parties to include all necessary information within the proposals
• Studying, analysing and evaluating tender documents from a technical point of view to identify risk factors, ensuring that technical terms comply with the relevant standards
• Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer
• Supporting with data to forecasting and budget process
• Ensuring all administration is comprehensive and completed on time
• Preparing and generating monthly progress reports highlighting tender wins/
  losses (indicating reasons) for review and verification of management
• Building clear RACI and SOP for pre and post Tender management.

Your Skills and Expertise
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, ideally in a technical/ IT field of study
• Previous experience in managing Point of Sales (PoS) data, SIP & Customer Incentive Plan (CIP)
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, word , power BI)
• Strong analytical and time management skills
• Collaborative, excellence-driven and customer focused
