Requirements

1. Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers, ensuring proper maintenance, cleanliness, and adherence to safety guidelines.
2. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
3. Assist in the daily opening and closing procedures, including setting up the café, restocking supplies, and cleaning equipment and utensils.
4. Collaborate with the café team to ensure smooth operations, such as coordinating beverage orders, restocking supplies, and supporting other team members as needed.
5. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages, such as espresso, cappuccino, following recipes and quality standards.
6. Ensure the quality and consistency of beverages by properly measuring ingredients, monitoring brewing equipment, and adjusting variables, such as grind size and extraction time.
