The Role of the Bar Supervisor

At Four Seasons, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Supervisor to oversee our private bar operations. This role calls for a dedicated professional with a commitment to excellence, exceptional leadership abilities, and a profound understanding of bar management. The Bar Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that our guests enjoy an exceptional experience, highlighting the finest aspects of Mexico's art, culture, and nature.

Knowledge and Skills

• Two/ three years of previous experience in a similar position or in bars.

  
  

• Extensive knowledge of beverage service.

  
  

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

  
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  
  

• Advanced proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

  
  

• Ability to operate computer equipment and other food and beverage computer systems.

  
  

• A passion for excellence and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
