Job Description

  • Prepare and assemble baklawa dough, fillings, and syrups according to traditional recipes and creative variations.
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of baklawa.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety standards.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Innovate and experiment with new baklawa flavors and techniques.

Skills

  1. Knowledge in all types of baklawa production such as (mabrouma, Bokaj, Asia, Fingers…).
  2. Knowledge in syrup cooking and preservative materials that give long shelf life for exporting.
