In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our B2B clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and customer needs to effectively promote and sell our services.


Sales representative Duties:


  • Develop relationships with clients and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing B2B clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist clients by answering questions about products, services, and price plans.
  • Identify and develop leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and trade shows.
  • Prepare and maintain client files.
  • Assist with account management, including client billing, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining client relationships.
