Aviation Specialist - Helicopter Flight Operations

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Aviation Specialist - Helicopter Flight Operations to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing and ensuring the efficient operation of helicopter flight activities, maintaining high safety standards, and coordinating operational logistics. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of aviation regulations and helicopter operations, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• To ensure compliance with national and international aviation regulations while ensuring adherence to comply safety procedures and guidelines and provide advise accordingly. Assist in the development and implementation of aviation section policies, processes and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirement are fulfilled;
• Supervises the day to day operations aviation operations section to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established standards and procedures.
• Ensure that service provider submit monthly flight plans to civil aviation authorities in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, in order to acquire flight permits.
• Plans and proposes maintenance and upgrade of aviation facilities and equipment's as per the national and international safety standards for aviation.
• Review and approves appropriate timing of periodical and non-periodical maintenance of helicopters, sets maintenance schedules and notifies all potential users on off- service periods or changes in flight schedule to ensure that all aviation facilities are properly maintained.
• Obtains the renewal of helicopter utilization permits from GACA to ensure that the Company possess concerned civil aviation approvals for helicopter licenses are renewed operation through rental service contract.
