To ensure compliance with National and International Aviation regulations while ensuring adherence to Company safety procedures and guidelines and provide advice accordingly. Assess in the development and implementation of Aviation section policies, process and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled.
Day-to-day Operations.
Ø Supervise the day-To-Day Operations Aviation operation section to ensure that the work procedures are implemented as designed and comply with established standards and procedures.
Ø Ensures that service provider submits monthly flight plants to Civil Aviation authorities in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, in order to acquire flight permits.
Ø Plans and proposes maintenance and upgrade of Aviation facilities and equipments as per National and international safety standards for Aviation.
Ø Reviews and approves appropriate timing of periodical and non-periodical maintenance of Helicopter, sets maintenance schedules and notifies all potential users on off-service periods or changes in flight schedule to ensure that all Aviation facilities are properly maintained.
Ø Obtains the renewal of Helicopter utilization permits from GACA to ensure that the company process concerned Civil Aviation approval for Helicopter license are renewed operation through rental service contract.
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Aviation
Ø Special Diploma in Aviation
Ø Minimum 10 years of experience in Aviation with 5 year in a Helicopter flight Operations position.
Ø Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages especially in Microsoft Excel & Dashboard presentation.
Ø Good command of the English language to draft correspondence and emails writing .
