Job Description

AV Supervisor to oversee audiovisual operations and ensure flawless event execution. Responsibilities include technical setup, operation, and maintenance of AV systems, alongside team leadership and event coordination. Requires strong technical proficiency, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Ability to manage complex events and work effectively under pressure is essential. Ideal candidate possesses a passion for AV technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.



Qualifications

  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in operating and troubleshooting a wide range of AV equipment, including sound systems, projectors, video conferencing, and lighting.
  • Event Management: Proven ability to coordinate and execute complex audiovisual setups for diverse events, ensuring seamless operation.
  • Team Leadership: Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide and motivate a team of AV technicians.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address technical issues efficiently.
  • Communication: Clear and effective communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage equipment, schedules, and event logistics.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing event requirements.
