As an AV/ELV Service Coordinator at an entry level, you will support the service team in coordinating and managing audio-visual (AV) and extra low voltage (ELV) systems installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will assist in scheduling services, communicating with clients, and ensuring the smooth operation of projects under the guidance of senior coordinators and technical staff.
Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Interest: Basic understanding or interest in AV and ELV systems (such as CCTV, audio-visual systems, security systems, etc.).
•
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills(English and Arabic) to interact with clients and team members.
•
Problem-Solving Attitude: Ability to think critically and learn quickly on the job, with a willingness to solve problems.

Organizational Skills: Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.

Attention to Detail: Careful attention to documentation, reporting, and ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

Education and Experience:
•
Education: A diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field. Candidates with a background or interest in AV/ELV systems will be given preference.
•
Experience: No prior work experience required. A fresh graduate or someone with internship experience in a related field is preferred.
