Project Management:
- Project Oversight: Lead and manage AV projects, including system design, installation, and integration.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for AV projects and operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions and financial efficiency.
- Timeline Management: Create and oversee project timelines, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met.
Team Leadership:
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AV engineers, technicians, and support staff.

System Design and Implementation:
- Design Oversight: Oversee the design and specification of AV systems, including audio, video, and control systems, ensuring they meet organizational needs and standards.
