Job Description

System Design and Installation:

Design: Develop detailed designs and specifications for AV systems, including audio, video, and control technologies, based on project requirements.
Installation: Oversee and execute the installation of AV equipment, such as projectors, screens, audio systems, microphones, and control panels, ensuring proper setup and integration.

System Configuration and Calibration:

Configuration: Configure AV systems for optimal performance, including setting up audio and video equipment, calibrating displays, and programming control systems.
Calibration: Ensure that AV systems are properly calibrated and tuned to provide high-quality audio and visual output.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

Support: Provide technical support for AV systems during events, meetings, and daily operations, addressing any issues or malfunctions.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to AV equipment, including connectivity issues, equipment failures, and software problems.

Maintenance and Upgrades:

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on AV systems, including inspections, cleaning, and software updates, to ensure ongoing reliability.
Upgrades: Recommend and implement upgrades to AV systems to enhance performance and integrate new technologies.

Documentation and Reporting:

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system designs, installations, configurations, and maintenance activities.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered to management or clients.

Client and Stakeholder Interaction:

Client Communication: Interact with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their AV needs, provide technical recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with AV systems.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, project managers, and vendors to ensure successful project execution and system integration.

Compliance: Ensure that all AV systems and operations comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and safety requirements.

Technology Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AV technology and recommend innovative solutions to improve system performance.
