Job Description
Assist business units (BUs) to achieve successful annual review and approval for business continuity plans.
Developing BIAs for all critical activities related to all departments.
Monitor incidents and assessing their severity.
Produce stakeholder reports based on data held within BCM newsletter and awareness program.
Escalate all issues to the immediate supervisor if problems occurs or there is identified error in any BCM application promptly and correctly.
Undertake the role of Crisis Coordinator to ensure readiness of PPE and equipment and to liaise with stakeholders in the support of crisis management
Assist the Sr. manager of Risk & BCM with the annual strategy and implementation schedule of BCP plan reviews and tests of CATRION BCPs.
Monitor the ongoing Business Continuity Management (BCM) against CATRION Standards.
Contribute to applying continuous updates / improvements to meet compliance requirements.
Align and coordinate with IT and related departments for the implementation of disaster IT-disaster recovery project.
Develop and lead training courses for awareness and understanding of BCM, Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and BCP maintenance.
Ensure relevant training for the Crisis Management Team.
Provide business units reports about the effectiveness as the results of the BCP reviews and exercises and ensure all reports are circulated.
Provide full support to other departments to achieve required outcome and ensure all plans are within the ISO standards and best practices.
Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the Sr. manager of risk & BCM.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Adherence to Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Dealing with data and information according to their level of classification.
Avoid violating the rights of any person or company protected by copyrights, patents, or any other intellectual property, or similar laws or regulations.
Compliance with Cybersecurity requirements related to the protection of user devices, Internet, software, systems, and Email requirements.
Adhere to the acceptable use policy and Using CATRION information and technical assets only for business purposes.
Obtaining the required permit from the security department or the owner of the authority in CATRION before hosting visitors in the company's specific sensitive sites.
