The AssociateVice President for the Supporting Services sector is a key executive role that assists the Vice President in driving business growth across various work environments and sub-sectors. This position involves serving as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, ensuring that all divisions and departments align with the organization's overarching strategic objectives.
Key AccountabilitiesThe position involves:
- Develop and implement the sector's strategy, overseeing operations and managing business development across the sector, sub-companies, and business units.
- Build customer-based networks to attract new clients and drive business growth.
- Identify and utilize resources essential for business development and sales.
- Promote the organization's services and values to the public to enhance sales generation.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities or partnerships aligned with the organization's goals.
- Align with operational procedures to achieve revenue generation and sales growth objectives.
- Lead and manage staff, set goals, provide guidance, and evaluate performance in the designated area while supporting the broader organization.
- Develop and manage budgets for relevant functions and provide recommendations for the sector as a whole.
- Collaborate with the marketing director to create innovative outreach strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Work with staff members to ensure a superior client experience in all interactions, from follow-ups to delivery and needs assessments.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in business development, strategic management, or related fields.
- MBA is considered a plus.
- Experience in business development or strategic management (Saudi Arabia experience is a plus).
- At least 10 years in business development, professional services, team leadership, HR, and B2B sales.
- Minimum of 5 years working with executive or C-suite level clients in a relevant business.
- Experience in one or more of the following industries ( Heavy equipment rental - Car rental Project accommodation and catering - Supporting services business models ).
- Strong financial management skills.
