Technical knowledge requirements and responsibilities:
- Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems.
- Requires technical knowledge in mechanical, instrument, electrical.
- Experience in pump rebuilds/overhauling.
- Experience in Pump & Motor alignments.
- Experience in Rail alignment.
- Experience in Rollers Replacements.
- Experience in handling HVAC preventive maintenance.
- Experience in Instrument Calibration.
- Experience in control valves replacement, PRV replacement.
- Experience in reading/analyzing electrical wiring diagram and using the multimeter.
- Experience in failure troubleshooting in medium voltage equipment, low voltage equipment.
- Experience in relay installation, cables installation, conduit installation.
- Experience in working at elevated work and in confined space.
- Scissor Lift Operator. TUV license is preferred.
- Strong knowledge in writing JSA (Job Safety Analysis).
- Aware about the hazards/precautions in the petrochemical fields.
- Able to obtain the right “Hand Tools” for each specific job.
- Assist Technician in failures trouble shootings.
- Recognize safety needs.
- Requires experience in Microsoft Office knowledge and skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Knowledge in SAP system is preferred.
- Experience in DuPont-RO plant is preferred.
- Assist in preparing the technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.
Qualification required:
- High School or higher.
- Having +7 years' experience as Assistant Maintenance Technician.
- Technical Training after the high school or college is plus.
