Responsibilities:-


•    Assist and develop Industrial Master Planning opportunities and projects that combine the capabilities of different the Advisian business lines of TIL, Environment & Water (E&W), and Energy, Chemicals & Resources (ECR)•    Help to strengthen the integration of EMEA the TIL team with other disciplines leading significant industrial and infrastructure projects in the fields of Power & New Energy, Chemicals & Fuels, Oil & GasMining & Resources, Water, Ports & Marine and others across the region.•    Have an interest in the regional and the global transition of energy renewables, and to incorporate innovations into future Industrial Master Plans.•    To assist growing an expert Infrastructure Consulting services offering to target government authorities, project developers and financiers around master planning, transaction advisory, feasibility studies, conceptual designs and combined management and technical advisory solutions. •    Prtoactively engage in the Business Development interface for Transport, Infrastructure and Logistics Business Line in UAE coordinating closely with our sales team and network in UAE with other disciplines.•    Contribute to EMEA the Advisian TIL Business Development Strategy identifying key opportunities for the team.•    Help to assist and represent the industrial infrastructure disciplines (master planning and facilities, land transport, logistics, ports, industrial utilities) in Client engagements.•    Be part of a team that has the responsibility forthe  delivery calling on the regional resources. To be involved in the management of Industrial projects working with  project managers and the potential for involvement in project management.•    Working in a team that will Iinterface with broader business development and operations teams to grow our local presence in the sector.•    Assist to develop and support the team on proposals, developing methodologies and commercial approach in collaboration with the business development teams.•    Work in a team to help to communicate and meet clients by engaging directly in key pursuit activities to develop our growth strategy..


Skills/qualifications required:-
•Relevant years’ experience in a master planning design role within a relevant consulting, planning or architectural practice
•Have experience in leading a master planning team / practice based in region
•Have a strong network of clients and co-professionals who you can leverage to win work and collaborate on new opportunities
•Excellent communication skills (graphically and verbally)
•Be a strategic thinker, curious, analytical, and interested in outside-box solutions
•Be collaborative and comfortable in group workshop environments
•Always seeking innovation and continual improvement
•Understand the importance of clear narrative and story-driven approach
•Ability to travel and work with a global team.
Collaborative team member.
•Fluent English communication skills (spoken & written).
Arabic Speaking will be an advantage.
