Transaction Execution:
• The execution of investment banking transactions covering M&A, private placement, IPOs and other related advisory assignments.
• Prepare detailed financial models, valuation analyses, IPO Readiness reports and presentation materials to support transaction execution and client presentations.
Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including senior management and client assigned project team members.
• Contribute to the firm origination efforts to strengthen current client relationships and expand firm client base to generate additional business opportunities.
Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with senior team members, analysts, and other cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business objectives.
• When required, coach junior team members, providing guidance on financial analysis and transaction execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. MBA or CFA designation preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields, with a proven track record of executing relevant transactions in Saudi or the region (GCC or Levant).
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and corporate finance principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Complete fluency in English and Arabic.
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, integrity, and professionalism.
