This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to position Qiddiya City’s retail assets as premier retail destinations. Key responsibilities include developing/executing asset level WOL (whole of life) marketing strategies, developing asset brand strategies/identities, creating impactful content marketing and leasing collateral to drive commercial outcomes for the retail assets, developing asset campaigns (B2B and B2C launches), and supporting the delivery of global multi-channel campaigns ensuring presence of retail assets in line with asset development program. The role fosters meaningful stakeholder relationships to align interests and support commercial objectives.
1. Marketing Strategy & Plan: develop and execute the WOL (whole of life) asset marketing strategy and plan for specific retail assets, precincts and zones within Qiddiya City to drive awareness, engage target audiences, and support Qiddiya City’s retail commercial objectives.
2. Brand: develop and execute Qiddiya City’s retail assets brand strategies and identifies. Create retail asset style guides and produce imagery and key messaging to maintain communication consistency across asset marketing activities.
3. Content Marketing: responsible for creating and distributing relevant and consistent content to attract and engage the target audience and driving profitable customer actions for retail assets ensuring brand guidelines are applied consistency across all communications
4. PR & Communications: contribute to the development of a public relations and media communications plan to maximize Qiddiya City’s retail asset class exposure with the target audience ensuring the objectives of specific retail assets are met.
5. Leasing Collateral: develop content including digital & printed presentations, brochures and associated content (visuals/CGIs, lifestyle imagery, films, messaging and narrative) to correctly position and promote Qiddiya City’s retail assets. Prepare bespoke presentations to support leasing in engaging retail brands.
6. Digital: manage the delivery of asset specific digital platforms and manage associated retail content aligned with optimizing the B2C retail customer journey. Responsible for briefing and managing of asset level digital campaigns to deliver on objectives.
7. Stakeholder Engagement and Management: identify key stakeholders, analyze their needs and implement strategies to manage relationships with emphasis on building meaningful, collaborative relationships to foster their participation and align interests.
8. Team Management: build and lead a team of high performing marketers to achieve collective goals while fostering collaboration, productivity and professional development.
