About the Job:
 


  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives, ensuring coherence with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they are executed effectively and on time.
  • Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, sales, and customer service to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing the organization's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing communications and materials. 
     

About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:


  • 8 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on managerial or leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office programs for reporting, presentations, and analysis.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and project management skills to drive marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to develop innovative marketing approaches while ensuring precision in execution.
