The interior design role is for an Associate Director for Residential and Commercial assets, responsible to lead multiple projects from initiation to handover with the team and external consultants.

The client is a prominent real estate developer specialising in the development of mixed-use assets across commercial, residential, hospitality, F&B and so on,




Description
Strive for creative design solutions throughout the design.Manage and maintain tight schedules through the design process.Strong understanding of DD packages and detailed reviews.Strong understanding of FF& E and detailing.Be able to lead meetings when required and act as the primary interior design interface with consultants.Manage consultants to ensure the design brief is executed and delivered accurately on time and within budget.Work closely with all internal stakeholders to make sure requirements are met and there is good coordination between all team members.Review plans, shop drawings, bespoke items, finishes, mock up rooms, … etc considering constructability, positive guest impact, and operational value.Provide design solutions and guidance to interior design consultants.







Profile
Proven experience in managing large-scale projects in the region while managing an extensive team.Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or any relevant field.A minimum of 15 years of experience with a Consultant or Developer.Proven track record of leading and delivering high-quality design projects on time and within budget.Strong understanding of current design trends, technologies, and best practices.
