We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional to join our team as Associate Director – Health & Safety. This role is critical in ensuring the implementation of effective health and safety practices within Qiddiya Infrastructure Delivery team.


As the Associate Director – Health & Safety, you will lead the development and enforcement of health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations as well as international standards. Your leadership will help foster a culture of safety within the organization and ensure the wellbeing of all employees and contractors.


Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive health and safety programs and policies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to project teams on health and safety matters.
  • Lead investigations into accidents or incidents and ensure thorough reporting and resolution.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops to promote health and safety awareness among employees.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and standards, ensuring all projects maintain proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with external regulatory agencies, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Report regularly to senior management on health and safety performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in health and safety practices by staying current on industry trends and regulations.
