Feasibilities and financial models review and risk highlightingProviding feasibility inputs to Development team from Asset Management perspectiveReview of 3rd party investment proposalsService charge modellingSupport in the preparation/update of business plan, including coordinating and procuring all related information from the operating assets' teamAdhoc financial analysis


Profile
In-depth knowledge of strategic Financial ManagementKnowledge of Accounting and Finance Principles and PracticesKnowledge of zakat & TaxationPlanning and Time ManagementEffective Communication and Human Relations skills. Hands on in Executive reporting and presentationsCritical Thinking and AnalysisTenacity and EthicsTechnology Proficient (excel, word, PowerPoint, ability to learn new software)Attract, hire, and retain a team of high-performing professionals who possess outstanding knowledge, experience, ethics, and integrity
