AtkinsRealis are looking for an Associate – Quantity Surveyor in Riyadh, KSA.
Specific Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of cost management professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional growth.
Utilize Aconex Connected Cost (ACC) and SAP Ariba to manage and analyse costs and budgets effectively.
Oversee pre and post-contract quantity surveying, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout project phases.
Prepare and present comprehensive cost and cash flow reports, providing insights to support decision-making.
Develop and implement cost planning and estimation strategies, ensuring alignment with project goals and financial constraints.
Manage the procurement process, including vendor selection and contract negotiation, to optimize project resources and budget.
Oversee contractor and consultant payments, variations, and claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Facilitate change management processes, assessing impacts on budget and schedule while maintaining project integrity.
Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
Efficiently manage project resources, balancing workload and optimizing team performance to meet project deadlines.•
