What part will you play?


As a Client Partner Executive, you will be the strategic lead for Advanta’s business with specific clients within the Utilities, Water, and EV Charging sectors. You will own the client relationship, manage the overall business strategy, and drive the execution of growth initiatives by leveraging the Siemens and Siemens Advanta portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:


  • You will develop, implement, and drive the sales strategy for your assigned client accounts within the Utilities, Water, and EV Charging sectors. You will leverage Siemens and Siemens Advanta offerings to create tailored solutions and business growth.
  • Identify and engage C-level decision-makers and key stakeholders. Build strong, strategic, and trusted relationships, positioning yourself as a valued advisor to client CXOs and critical partners.
  • Establish and manage a robust sales pipeline. Lead sales pursuit teams to identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities, driving the closure of deals and negotiations for Advanta projects, while ensuring the integration of innovative solutions.
  • Nurture leads through qualification, needs analysis, and value proposition communication. Lead proposal development, working with specialized teams (including Solutions Design, Offer Department, and Project Management Office) to craft compelling solutions that address the client’s challenges.
  • Drive the entire sales process, including forecasting, account strategy, cost estimation, and negotiation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful deal closure, delivering client-specific, high-value solutions.
  • Lead the creation of specific value propositions for your clients, aligning Siemens, Advanta, and partner capabilities to deliver differentiated solutions that meet the unique needs of the Utilities, Water, and EV Charging sectors.

What you need to make real what matters.


  • Several years of experience in a technology-driven service or solutions environment, with a proven track record in application development and a focus on driving business growth, particularly within the Utilities, Water, and EV Charging sectors.
  • Deep domain knowledge of assets, processes, and challenges within the Utilities, Water, and EV Charging industries, enabling the development of tailored, industry-specific proposals and use cases.
  • A strong understanding of relevant technology stacks, including IoT architecture, edge devices, sensors, hardware, cybersecurity, IT, OT, and AI. Familiarity with the integration of these technologies to create impactful digital solutions for clients.
  • A results-oriented, entrepreneurial approach with a strong focus on ownership, value selling, cost optimization, and efficiency. You will demonstrate the ability to develop and close opportunities with a keen understanding of business dynamics and market trends.
  • Expertise in understanding the customer journey, particularly in the context of digital transformation. Ability to anticipate how digitalization impacts clients in the Utilities, Water, and EV Charging sectors and proactively develop solutions in collaboration with partners across the ecosystem.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly across organizational levels and geographies. You will engage effectively with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and international colleagues, fostering an inclusive and high-performance working culture.
  • Experience working with international teams and clients, contributing to projects across borders and adapting solutions to different cultural and market dynamics.
