The Role of the Assistant Security Manager
The Assistant Manager of Security will help lead our Security team and ensure the safety and security of all employees, guests, residents, and property assets. This person must demonstrate high standards, uncompromising ethics and genuine care and concern for the consistent well-being of all.

Knowledge and Skills
Bachelors Degree
Three years’ experience in the law enforcement/security field and two years’ experience as a supervisor.
A thorough knowledge of all operational aspects of a property security department and experience in handling administrative and managerial matters.
Leadership abilities should be exhibited.
Good writing skills.
Should make a good appearance and exhibit the characteristics that would be sought in any management employee of the hotel. It should be remembered that he/she will deal with guests as the management of the hotel.
An ability to train other members of the security staff and to lead training classes for all employees.
The ability to coordinate, successfully, with local law enforcement and fire officials.
