We work on building the entrepreneurship ecosystem by implementing the best practices locally and globally along with our strategic partners.OUR VISIONDevelop highly skilled entrepreneurial leaders whose ventures will develop their countries to a brighter sustainable future.OUR MISSIONWe are committed to accelerating entrepreneurs' career and business success.Job DescriptionSupporting planning, coordination, implementation of a project, programs, and activities.Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the project.Coordinating and manage project tasks and deliverablesContributing to the development of projectsMaintaining budget and track expenditures/transactions.Managing communications through in person, by phone, media relations, social media etc.Helping build positive relations within the team and external parties.Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, maintain agenda, making purchases, drafting invoices etc.Researching information as requiredAnalyzing data as requiredPreparing project performance reports, weekly progression updates.Keeping track of and reporting on project progressPreparing reports by collecting and analyzing informationEnsuring technology is used correctly for all operations (classroom setup, video conferencing, presentations etc.)Preparing paperwork and order material.Keeping updated records and create reports or proposals before, during and after project.Supporting growth and project development.Assisting in the updating of project files, plans, budgets, and policies.Coordinating data collected from the project.Represent the company on internal and external committees/organizations.Sending training proposals to clients and negotiate terms and cost of training. Attending meetings and write minutes of meeting (MoM).Developing contracts and terms of agreement.Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systemsMaintaining accurate records of project management operations, schedules, and expenditurePerforming other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient mannerSupport the team as needed, when needed.Additional may be given as needed and when needed.Flexibility to accommodate after-hours commitments as needed.Willingness to work on weekends when necessary.Flexibility to travel as needed.QualificationsBachelor Degree in Business or related major+Two years experienceProven experience or relevant positionExperience in any management softwareKnowledge of projects management and development proceduresKnowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping and reportingAbility to work under pressureAbility to work with diversity & in a dynamic environmentExcellent time-management and organizational skillsExcellent multitasking skillsOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented and efficientCreative & problem-solving skillsBilingual Arabic/Englis
