Job Description



Provide reports regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues and prepare all required documentation for every step of SPL Gate Approvals process. Monitor budgets in order to check if any deviations from the initial plan and budget and recommend corrective measures. Manage projects escalations and initiate corrective actions as necessary. Support in identifying project dependencies ensuring that they are effectively managed and participate in the evaluation of change requests and initiate corrective actions as necessary. Identify opportunities to improve the PMO project management processes and procedures, and contribute to the pipeline of their continuous improvement Review and analyze risks and issues registers from SPL Project Managers to ensure risk mitigations are planned, resourced and implemented. Maintain quality standards and external audits requirements and ensure project management standards are aligned with these requirements and manage change requests against the master schedule and update the master schedule baseline as needed
