This opportunity is for a Saudi national who is interested in joining an international consultant.


The project:


This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:


  • Assists the prequalification management via standard selection questionnaire process.


  • Drafts tender documents & management of the evaluation process with internal stakeholders.


  • Assists in the development of procurement strategies if requested & client advisory services on procurement and supply chain delivery.


  • Provides support and coordination relative to the reporting requirements of the project including various briefing notes as necessary.


  • Assists and ensures that the procurement rules and procedures are followed through all procurement activities.


  • Develops working relationships with a range of senior stakeholders.


  • Works with team members providing operational delivery of team/regional strategy.


  • Responsible for supporting (area/team), using basic/established technical capabilities.


  • Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You’ll need to have:


  • Relevant degree qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills.


  • Degree qualification is preferred but it not essential (or equivalent).
