At Six Flag Qiddiya and Aquarabia Qiddiya City, the Assistant Manager - Wardrobe & Costumes plays a vital role in overseeing both costume and uniform management for the entire park, ensuring that all performers and staff are well-outfitted and professionally presented. Reporting directly to the Wardrobe & Costumes Senior Manager, this role bridges creative vision with operational execution, handling the day-to-day needs of both costumes and uniforms. Responsibilities include maintaining garment quality, organizing fittings, managing inventory, and coordinating uniform distribution. Through effective planning and leadership, the Assistant Manager fosters an efficient, organized environment and contributes to seamless park operations, enhancing the experience for performers, staff, and guests alike.


Key Responsibilities:


1.        Costume and Uniform Preparation: Ensure all costumes and uniforms are clean, pressed, and in excellent condition before use, maintaining a polished appearance across all park areas.


2.        Fittings and Adjustments: Oversee costume and uniform fittings, assisting with adjustments to ensure proper fit and comfort. Coordinate and perform minor repairs, sewing, and alterations.


3.        Laundry and Maintenance: Manage daily laundering and cleaning of both costumes and uniforms, adhering to garment-specific care guidelines and promptly addressing any repairs or damages.


4.        Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory for both costumes and uniforms, ensuring items are labeled, organized, and stored efficiently. Coordinate rental or replacement orders as needed.


5.        Uniform Distribution and Rotation: Oversee the distribution and rotation of uniforms to staff, ensuring adherence to uniform guidelines and maintaining consistent quality and presentation standards.


6.        Wardrobe Oversight During Performances: Monitor wardrobe needs throughout performances and events, addressing any costume or uniform emergencies, such as torn seams or damaged garments.


7.        Wig and Makeup Assistance: Assist with wigs and makeup for performers when required, ensuring that character appearances are cohesive.


8.        Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with costume designers, stage managers, and operational staff to achieve the desired look and functionality of costumes and uniforms.


9.        Emergency Preparedness: Remain prepared for unexpected wardrobe or uniform malfunctions, employing strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues quickly.


10.     Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of costume and uniform alterations, repairs, and usage to monitor garment longevity and plan for replacements.


11.     Wardrobe and Uniform Space Organization: Keep the wardrobe and uniform storage areas clean and organized for easy access and efficient operations.


12.     Supporting Special Events and Promotional Activities: Coordinate costumes and uniforms for special events, press appearances, and promotional photoshoots to ensure a consistent, professional image.
