Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure targets are met.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Skills

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and team management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Desired Experience:
  • 6-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
