Job Purpose:

  • Manage, monitor and improve Back Office activities for Global Markets & Treasury Business in compliance with policies and procedures as per the global market practice in order to provide adequate business support and ensure strong control framework
  • Providing Oversight Control Over Treasury Front Office Activity 
  • Daily reporting /escalation to the senior management which includes the settlement failure/non receipt of confirmation/off premise trades etc.
  • Verifying Treasury Front Office transactional compliance to agreed controls and reporting of any unusual / unauthorized transactions.
  • Ensure Functions are carried out per the CCR/ Treasury policy/ SOW
  • Ensure timely support is provide to cover Business growth, Project Implementation and system improvements.
  • Ensure implementation of all new products is as per Bank’s approved policies
  • Ensure timely Validation/settlement /confirmation exchange for all Treasury related transactions.
  • Responsible for participating and delivering multiple initiatives being business projects, systems change implementations and new products development on behalf of Treasury Operations unit. This requires working in cross function group, thorough awareness of unit’s activities and understanding Treasury systems.
  • People management/Training requirement for developing the skills of the Staffs
  • Manage the customer expectation from service perspective
  • Manage Collateral Management
  • Audit, Risk and Compliance controls.
