Job Description

Our client is a renowned leader in the Consumer Electronics industry, committed to enhancing lives worldwide through innovative design and exceptional quality. As they continue to grow and innovate, they are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Logistics to join their dynamic team in Riyadh.


Key Responsibilities:

Coordination with 3PL Service Provider for Inbound Shipments:

  • Share monthly shipment forecasts with the 3PL service provider.
  • Provide Advance Shipping Notifications (ASN) to ensure timely processing.
  • Monitor shipment clearance and update status in SAP.

Coordination with Customers & 3PL for Local Deliveries:

  • Act as the primary contact for customers and 3PL providers regarding local delivery operations.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Manage and resolve delivery issues, maintaining clear communication among all stakeholders.
  • Track deliveries to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with 3PL providers to optimize delivery routes and enhance logistics efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for local deliveries.

Coordination with 3PL for PCOC & SCOC:

  • Work with Product Teams and 3PL teams to coordinate Product Certificate of Conformity (PCOC) requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Shipment Certificate of Conformity (SCOC) through effective coordination with 3PL.

Handling Warehouse Inventory Tasks (Dammam & Riyadh):

  • Oversee monthly inventory stock counts at KSA warehouses managed by 3PL.
  • Verify and review inventory reports for accuracy.
  • Conduct half-yearly and annual stock counts at KSA warehouses.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics and supply chain operations, preferably in the consumer electronics sector.
  • Strong understanding of SAP and inventory management processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
