Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a talented Assistant Manager - Business Intelligence to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead efforts to harness data and analytics, transforming insights into actionable strategies that support Qiddiya's ambitious goals in the entertainment and lifestyle sectors.


You will be responsible for developing and implementing business intelligence solutions that drive performance improvements and enhance decision-making at all levels of the organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • The Assistant Manager - Business Intelligence (BI Developer) is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design data models, build dashboards, and ensure the availability of accurate and timely data insights.
  • Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including dashboards and reports, using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
  • Create and optimize ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  • Design and develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards for key business units.
  • Ensure BI reports are optimized for performance, scalability, and usability.
  • Work with SQL databases, data warehouses, and cloud-based solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) to ensure reliable data pipelines.
  • Develop data models and relationships to support business needs and improve data quality.
  • Collaborate with the Data Engineering and Governance teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their BI and reporting needs.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and best practices.
