You will be responsible for developing and implementing business intelligence solutions that drive performance improvements and enhance decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- The Assistant Manager - Business Intelligence (BI Developer) is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design data models, build dashboards, and ensure the availability of accurate and timely data insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including dashboards and reports, using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Create and optimize ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Design and develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards for key business units.
- Ensure BI reports are optimized for performance, scalability, and usability.
- Work with SQL databases, data warehouses, and cloud-based solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) to ensure reliable data pipelines.
- Develop data models and relationships to support business needs and improve data quality.
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering and Governance teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their BI and reporting needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models.
- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and best practices.
