Assistant Manager Auto Product.049335Job Description PRODUCT MANAGEMENT: + Assist in the development and execution of business strategies for Auto Finance products to achieve revenue growth, cost control, and profitability. + Supervise the launch and ongoing management of Auto Finance products and variants across all segments. + Support product development, proposition, and innovation to meet and anticipate customer needs. + Coordinate with Governance departments to gain necessary approvals for new product launches or features. + Support innovative product initiatives and bundling strategies to increase market share and revenue. + Collaborate with the Marketing department on product marketing and branding efforts. + Identify new segments, channels, or opportunities for product distribution and marketing. + Coordinate with different product external stakeholders to ensure monitoring product from all aspects such as Insurance, and other service providers. + Ensure timely rollout of products and effective implementation. PROCESS RE-ENGINEERING:+ Regularly review and recommend improvements to the business processes. + Enhance the end-to-end process for Auto Business focusing on quality in delivery and cycle time reduction. + Promote digital enablement and integration across product processes. Liaise with other functions to optimize acquisition, underwriting, customer retention, and maintenance processes. LEADERSHIP & PEOPLE:+ Mentor and support the Auto Finance team to build a strong talent pipeline. + Coach team members to achieve individual performance goals. + Address employee engagement, motivation, and attrition effectively. + Serve as a change agent and role model within the team. SALES & PORTFOLIO AS PER STRATEGIC PLAN:+ Oversee Auto Business management according to the strategic plan. + Develop and monitor portfolio reports and dashboards. + Ensure achievement of strategic targets and maintain the highest market share in ARB new sales and portfolio. + Identify and capitalize on cross-sell opportunities. + Enhance digital business engagements for improved service delivery. COMPLIANCE & CONTROL: Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory and internal control guidelines. Maintain documentation and approvals for product launches and amendments. ANTI-FRAUD / OPS RISK / IT RISK PREVENTION:Collaborate with Governance departments to mitigate potential impacts and close gaps effectively. POLICY & PROCEDURES (P&P):Ensure updates to new products, features, enhancements, or revisions are properly documented with stakeholder approval. Qualifications, Experience, & SkillsMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum Experience:5 years of working experience in banking with at least last 4 years in Auto lease Business and auto lease insurance management.
