You’ll be responsible for:
Help manage design schedules to meet project objectives and deadlines.
Conduct design reviews and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Ensure design outputs meet quality standards and client expectations.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and problem-solving.
You’ll need to have:
Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or design management.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in design or design management.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in design management software and tools.
Knowledge of project management principles.
Skills in communication management.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively due to the large number of consultants.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English is an added bonus.
PMP certification or similar is preferred.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
