Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Daily Operations Supervision:


    • Ensure smooth operation of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, cafes, and banquet services.


    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent guest service.


  2. Team Management:


    • Supervise the food and beverage team, ensuring proper training and development.


    • Guide and motivate the team to achieve optimal performance levels.


    • Assist in scheduling staff shifts to maintain operational efficiency.


  3. Quality Assurance and Compliance:


    • Monitor food and beverage quality and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.


    • Oversee hygiene levels and ensure adherence to local and international regulations.


  4. Cost and Sales Management:


    • Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports related to food and beverage operations.


    • Monitor inventory and purchasing to ensure efficiency and minimize waste.


    • Contribute to the development of promotions and revenue enhancement strategies.


  5. Enhancing Guest Experience:


    • Handle guest complaints promptly and efficiently.


    • Work on improving guest experiences by introducing innovative services and updating menu offerings.


  6. Marketing and Development:


    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote food and beverage offers.


    • Stay updated with the latest hospitality trends and recommend improvements in menu and service offerings.



Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:


  • A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.


  • Strong knowledge of health and food safety regulations.


  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to work under pressure.


  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.


  • Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.


  • Familiarity with restaurant management systems (POS) and modern hospitality technologies.
