As an Assistant Facility Management Manager, you are responsible for supporting the planning and supervision of day-to-day operations and maintenance activities, assisting in coordinating building maintenance, and contributing to efficient project management. You will help oversee staff, ensure equipment and supplies are adequately maintained, and promote customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations & Maintenance: Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure facility maintenance is carried out efficiently.
Project Management: Support the planning and execution of facility-related projects.
Staff Supervision: Help manage staff and ensure equipment and supplies are properly maintained.
Customer Satisfaction: Contribute to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to company mission and values in all operations.
Your skills and experience
As an Assistant Facility Management Manager, candidates must meet the following qualifications: Educational Qualification: A diploma in Facilities Management or a related field such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Facilities Management.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of relevant policies and procedures.
Language Proficiency: Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
