About the Job


An opportunity has arisen for a Assistant Concierge Manager for Front Office Department to join Jumeirah Group.


The main duties and responsibilities of this role:


  • Ensure that all guests are given a friendly, courteous, informative and efficient service upon their arrival to support the achievement of maximum guest satisfaction 
  • Check regularly the general cleanliness of the lobby and entrance area, assess the functionality of all concierge equipment and ensure no vehicles are parked in front of the hotel without approval.
  • Handle and addresses guest's complaints and requests, and takes action to ensure delivery of consistent customer experience and satisfaction
  • Organize and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Concierge to ensure that all work is carried out in an efficient manner that is consistent with operating policies and procedures and delivers service excellent and provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to subordinates to support their overall development. 

About You


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:


Essential


  • At least 6 years’ experience in a 5 Star Hotel, in a Concierge role.
  • Middle East experience

Desired:


  • Preferred to be experienced in the KSA Saudi Market.
  • University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality.
