Job Description
- Create and analyze liability, asset, and capital accounts by compiling electronic data and required documentation.
- Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, Aging and other necessary reports.
- Dealing with external audit for the year end requirements and prepare the in house financial statements.
- All Adjustments entries back to year-ends to match the final financial statements.
- Guide junior accountants and other staff by answering questions and coordinating informational classes.
- Fully responsible for asset module and controlling the depreciation.
- Follow up the trail balance by making all necessary adjustments.
- Prepaid and accrued accounts controls.
- Checking and posting the accounting entries.
- Subsidiaries transaction follow up.
- Subsidiaries control accounts.
- Budgeting & forecasting.
- Presentation preparing.
- Controlling Master data.
- Leading finance and accounting team.
- Supervise and overall TB and financials.
- LC & LG follow up and control.
- Zakat, vat, tax experience.
19 Banking experience with managing company facilities.
Skills
5 - 8 years’ experience within a Finance role.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- ACCA or Equivalent
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting
- Financial modeling
- Advanced excel
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Proficient in financial reporting and analysis tools
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Financial reporting
- Good experience dealing with internal and external Audit
- Yearly closing procedures experience.
- ERP knowledge.
