Asset Management Manager

As an Asset Management Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and optimization of company assets in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient utilization of resources and maximizing the return on investment.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement asset management strategies and policies.
2. Monitor and evaluate the performance of company assets.
3. Identify opportunities for asset optimization and cost reduction.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective utilization of assets.
5. Manage the maintenance and repair of assets to ensure their longevity and functionality.

5. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
6. Candidate shall hold a degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical)
7. Experience in the development of Asset Management Plans which contain CAPEX and OPEX needs
8. In-depth knowledge of ISO 55000 and experience in the implementation of ISO 55000 requirements
9. - Experience in managing Asset Registers for facilities and networks using software packages such as GIS, EAM, Maximo, etc.
10. - Experience developing and maintaining Risk Management reports.
11. - Experience in evaluating asset criticality, performing Root Cause Analysis and Whole of Life Cycle Cost Analysis.
12. - Candidate shall have experience in the development of Maintenance Strategy, review maintenance WOs, and assist in improving the effective use of the maintenance record system.
13. - Candidate shall have experience in preparation of Tender documents, Bill of Quantity, and review detailed design drawings.
14. - Experience in managing Asset Management activities related to asset life cycle stages.
15. - Experience in the implementation of a Strategic Asset Management Plan.
16. - Ability to perform data analytics of asset attributes, customer complaints, asset failures, corrective works, and so on to identify asset investment needed to improve performance and achieve business KPIs.
