ROLE / PURPOSE:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Asset Development Lead to join our Client's Asset Development Team. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of Assets for the Food Sector primarily focusing on the Design/Construction/Testing & Commissioning stages of the asset lifecycle. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of assets within Client , a groundbreaking project that is shaping the future of sustainable living.
KNOWLEDGE ,SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· Minimum 5 years of job site experience in large scale construction projects.
· Knowledge of engineering and construction management acquired over time through practical experience.
· Past experience in dealing with technical issues across multiple disciplines. (Civil/Structural/Piping/Electrical/Mechanical/etc…)
· Relevant experience in dealing with commercial/contractual terms and managing variation orders.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex project data and provide actionable insights.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Experience working in the MENA region is preferred but not required.
· Familiarity with Client's vision, goals, and reporting requirements is an advantage.
